Balance Ring Welding Line is used for hot plate welding of washing machine, air tightness detection, brine filling, ultrasonic encapsulation of  filling port.

Product Introduction This equipment is used for hot plate welding of washing machine, air tightness detection, brine filling, ultrasonic encapsulation of filling port.
Step forward transportation is adopted. Manual feeding — > hot plate welding — > gas tightness detection — > brine filling — > ultrasonic encapsulation — > manual cutting.
 10 sets of cutting programs can be stored in advance, and the data interface can run in tandem with the production line.
Hot plate welding machine can be servo or pneumatic configuration, package ultrasonic can use TELSONIC ultrasonic package or domestic package, stable delivery, line production, the efficiency than single machine up to 60%.
 Equipped with man-machine interface and Chinese and English bilingual interface operation.

Equipment Features:

Man-Machine Engineering Safety: the loading and unloading parts are equipped with safety grating to ensure the safety of operators. There are emergency stop buttons at each station to deal with emergency situations at any time.
Permission management: device setting administrator and operator permissions.
The work table height is 800MM.
Device start mode: single point start.
Equipment capability/Quality traceability The device has the protection function of misoperation(the machine will not work if the machine is not operated according to the standard operation procedures).

Man-machine interface – visual information of man-machine interface includes current operation steps, alarm information and solutions.
IMS interactive function: Ethernet communication is supported. The device is equipped with qr code scanning recognition function. Cutting data can be recorded and pushed to the company’s IMS system.(this function is customized according to customer requirements.)
Equipment Clamp/Quick die change The equipment adopts the pipeline design, manual loading and unloading, the intermediate process is all automated, if the customer has higher automation requirements, loading and unloading can also be automated.
The parts of the equipment are fixed in a simple, fast and reliable way, such as locating pin.
The device automatically locates the product through the cylinder fixture to ensure the welding position is accurate.
Electrical layout/Safety The device has the function of anti-freeze, through the sensor to determine the product placement direction error or product model error, if the placement error, the man-machine interface will have alarm information, the three-color light display fault.
Locking function – when the product is misplaced or the model is not a production model, the product is locked in the station (requires a designated person to unlock).
Device alarm: fault information or corresponding fault code is displayed on the man-machine interface.

I/O- each station has a 10% I/O allowance for future expansion.
